There is no rule against it in our group, so the same thing that goes to YanuchiUchiha applies to you:

Further more, my guess is you're referring to the yesterday's declination of your piece Fujiko | MANGA. The reason for this can be found in our rules:
6) Your work must meet a minimum aesthetic quality. This means that we will not accept blurry images, scribbles, or crumpled looking pieces etc. This does not mean that we will reject your work simply because we do not like the theme.
Hope this clears things up.
On another note, what you submitted is a manga piece, not an anime piece. Might want to keep the difference between the two in mind, for your sake.
